- Feasibility study for a large-scale, integrated logistics complex in Cambodia, uniquely combining site selection, critical success factor analysis, master planning and logistics equipment planning for a world-class, multi-modal logistics hub.
Brief scope of work
- Site assessment and analysis for the selection of land parcel to develop PPLC.
- Critical success factor analysis for the shortlisted land parcels in terms of connectivity, land status, physical characteristics, external infrastructure availability, engineering & planning, environment, business considerations & market prospects, etc.
- Preparation of Master plan and detailed land area statement for the development of PPLC which included bonded warehouses, non-bonded warehouses, leasable warehouses, cold room warehouses, container yards, industrial plots, railway siding facility, supply chain city, other social & support infrastructures.
- Preparation of zoning, phasing plan, and conceptual 3D model for the development
- List of machinery and equipments required for overall functioning of PPLC, cargo handling equipment’s in the warehouse & container yards.
- Project costing, viability analysis, project implementation strategy, legal aspects, phasing plan and micro-level action plan
- Total area of the site is 321.1 acres
