- Enabled creation of a flagship IT ecosystem in Trichy to catalyze regional employment, and decentralize IT growth beyond major metros.
- This marks a shift in governments focus toward developing the Tier 2 cities whereby integrated IT buildings are expected to drive regional transformation and equitable growth across the state
Brief scope of work
- Conceptual and basic design for the project spread across 14.76 acres with a total built-up area of approximately 5,58,259 sq.ft.
- Obtaining statutory approvals and liaison with concerned authorities.
- Design and detailed engineering including interior design, followed by preparation of good for construction drawings.
- Preparation of tender documents and assistance during the bid process.
- Provision of project management services including construction supervision.
- Planning and development of the main IT office building of about 5,30,394 sq.ft comprising Ground + 6 floors + terrace, including civil works, interior finishes, and MEP services.
- Planning and development of other components measuring about 27,865 sq.ft including substation, electrical room, HVAC plant room, pump room with UG sump, security gate pass building, SWM, and STP.
