Brief scope of work
- Site analysis of the identified site and its surroundings, study of socio-economic profile, land use pattern, terrain, flood history and drainage characteristic, and topographic survey for the identified site area of 1006 acres using Total Station and DGPS method.
- Study & Benchmarking of other similar National and International Knowledge hubs in terms of Master planning, Infrastructure, and Amenities
- Detailed master plan for the finalized site area of 881 acres based on the outcome of the demand assessment studies and the objective of TIDCO and preparation of 3D views
- Provision of entry/exit ramps for the site from the elevated expressway with coordination and approval from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
- Infrastructure plan and design for site grading, road network, stormwater drains, water supply system, sewerage system, power supply, streetlighting, and CCTV surveillance system.
- Cost estimates – Preparation of the block cost estimates of all infrastructure facilities / components and phasing plan of the knowledge city.
