- A detailed SCPZ site analysis and evaluation, value chain analysis and zoning of the SCPZ in Luswishi, Copperbelt province, Zambia
- Zoning of identified development elements within the SCPZ covering Luswishi farm block (LFB), Agro Processing Hub (APH), Agriculture Transformation Centre (ATC) and develop a master plan and outline the business case for the entire SCPZ
- Project costing, viability analysis, project implementation strategy, legal aspects, phasing plan and micro-level action plan
- Risk mapping and mitigation strategies, benefits and contribution matrix for the SCPZ project
- Area of the project zones: Agro Processing Hub (APH): 1022.79 Acres; Agricultural Transformation Centre (ATC): 37 Acres; Luswishi Farm Block: 216637.29 Acres
