- Assessment of regulatory framework, policy, strategies of Malawi with relevance to SEZ
- Site analysis & infrastructure assessment for proposed SEZ sites
- Value addition – Developing a business case for the study – Project structuring, cost estimation, financial viability, risk assessment, benefits & contribution of the project
