Brief scope of work
- Conceptual and basic design of the project for a development spread over 11.76 acres with a total built-up area of approximately 1.25 lakh sq.ft.
- Preparation of documents and support to the client for obtaining all required statutory approvals, including continuous follow-up with concerned authorities.
- Design and detailed engineering followed by preparation of good for construction drawings for execution.
- Preparation of tender documents and assistance during the bid process.
- Provision of project management services including construction supervision.
- Planning and design of project amenities including the manufacturing unit, security cabin, toilet block, canteen, and employee rest areas.
- Planning and integration of utilities including ground level storage reservoir, overhead tank, pump room, electrical room, HT transformer, diesel generator, and STP.
