Brief scope of work
- Identification of location, preparation of feasibility study, design and master planning and business plan development, based on the analysis of market potential, business opportunities and supply potential.
- This includes market analysis, logistic and resource modelling of fresh chains, supply analysis, and design of the rural transformation centres.
- Project costing, viability analysis, project implementation strategy, legal aspects, phasing plan and micro-level action plan
- Value addition – Developing a business case for the study – Project structuring, cost estimation, financial viability, risk assessment, benefits & contribution of the project
