- The project showcases the lesser known vernacular architecture of Assam intricately blended with modern architectural elements and functional design for a seamless cultural and tourism experience for the visitors and the project was inaugurated by Home minister of India.
Brief scope of work
- Topographical survey and soil investigation for the project site.
- Preparation of Draft DPR including master planning, detailed engineering design, 3D views, physical model, and cost estimates.
- Preparation of Final DPR including master planning, detailed engineering design, 3D views, physical model, and cost estimates.
- Preparation of good for construction drawings covering architectural, structural, electrical, water supply, sewer network, storm water drain, HVAC, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Periodical site visits and technical support during project implementation up to completion.
- Preparation and submission of as-built drawings.
