- Integration of infrastructure works with the already developed sectors in the project addressing retrofitting challenges in the brownfield project
Brief scope of work
- Preparation of the inception report, including financial analysis and validation of the master plan components such as roads, storm water drains, rainwater harvesting systems, and ICT infrastructure.
- Identification of balance works covering roads, storm water drains, development of channels, rainwater harvesting, ICT systems, entry gates, and renovation of existing buildings.
- Preparation of the preliminary design report for the identified balance works along with packaging strategy for implementation.
- Review of financial modelling and project appraisal for the proposed development.
- Preparation of tender packages for execution of the balance works.
- Provision of technical inputs on balance works for incorporation into the final concessionaire agreement.
