Brief scope of work
- Establishment of the project management apparatus including design management, schedule control, cost management, procurement consultancy, and construction supervision.
- Management of commissioning, handover, maintenance, and warranty obligations.
- Planning and oversight of key project facilities including a 110 kV substation, car test track, pump station, and water treatment systems comprising ETP (360 KLD) and STP (150 KLD).
- Development of specialized infrastructure such as the undercarriage inspection house, generator area with 2000 kVA and 1010 kVA DG sets and stacks, scrap yard, propane station, and finished vehicle parking.
- Provision of general parking facilities for bikes, cars, and containers.
