- The treated water is being reused by Mathura refinery for cooling purpose and signed purchase agreement with NMCG for 15 years. First of its kind to directly provide one city one operation under HAM mode
Brief scope of work
- Review, analyse, and quality assessment & monitor the submissions made by the Concessionaire
- Review drawings, designs & documents, ensure compliance with statutory provisions under various applicable laws
- Assist the client in supervising the construction, rehabilitation, O&M of the facilities
- Determine the events of default, deficiencies in commissioning and trial runs
- Submit periodic regular progress and inspection reports
- Assist in dispute resolution, ensure compliance with the technical specifications, applicable laws, applicable permits, and good industry practice
- Review of as-built drawings and O&M manual
- Certify the milestone achievement and O&M invoices, Project management services, Capacity building and training and ensuring HSE Quality for the project
