- Stakeholder consultations with industry and institutional stakeholders
- Demand assessment and benchmarking of similar leather clusters
- Master planning of the Mega Leather Park, including infrastructure planning and cost estimates
- Economic and financial viability analysis, including phasing and risk considerations
- Project structuring and implementation framework, including support for accessing government grants
