- Conceptualization and development of multi-site SCPZs to support Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), Government of Nigeria.
- Infrastructure gap assessment, preparation of regional plan and master plan for SCPZ project.
- Risk mapping and mitigation strategies, benefits and contribution matrix for the SCPZ project.
- Environmental and social impact assessment and implementation of sustainable initiatives.
- Project costing, viability analysis, project implementation strategy, legal aspects, phasing plan and micro-level action plan
- Total Area of the proposed site is 3878.52 Acres
