- Feasibility study, master plan and business plan including evaluation of agro and allied sector potential of Cameroon
- Reporting on the research centre development plan
- Environmental and social impact assessment and implementation of sustainable initiatives
- Project cost estimation, evaluation of revenue drivers, financial analyses, investment promotion, and devising branding strategies
- Capacity building program to the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development on development & management of TAIP
- Total area of the site is 1000.35 Acres
