- Conceptualization and configuration of South Africa Agri-Parks Programme (SA-APP)
- Stakeholder mapping and consultation
- Selection of shortlisted agri-parks for analysis and development of Decision Support System (DSS) model
- Review and analysis of selected agri-parks, commodities prioritization, value chain interventions and sizing of Farmer Production Support Unit (FPSU), Agri-Hub (AH) and Rural Urban Market Centre (RUMC)
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of nine agri-parks against key determinants and indicators
- Key indicator wise strategic intervention for revitalizing the nine agri-parks
- Conceptualization and configuration of agri corridor of excellence
